773 Cuesta Drive Homes

For-Sale Infill Subdivision | Custom Single-Family Homes | Green Building Design

This ±0.69-acre R-1 zoned lot in a central Mountain View neighborhood was entitled for a four-lot custom single-family subdivision with private drive access. The project replaces a single existing residence and reimagines the site as a quiet cul-de-sac community featuring energy-efficient design and modern California architecture. DeNardi Homes utilized the Planned Unit Development (PUD) approach to deliver a boutique community that balances site coverage, FAR, and privacy while enhancing infill housing in a high-demand submarket.
