DeNardi Homes provided comprehensive entitlement consulting for the project, including site planning optimization under R3 zoning and SB 330 guidelines. The team coordinated closely with civil and architectural consultants to ensure compliance with FAR, setback, and height regulations, while also preparing entitlement documentation and support materials for Design Review Board and Planning Commission submittals. Additionally, DeNardi Homes interpreted and applied relevant provisions of the Mountain View Zoning Code (Chapters 36.16 and 36.20) to guide the project through the city’s review process.

Small Infill Development | Entitlement Consulting | SB 330 Compliance

Project Overview

This small-scale residential infill project proposes the demolition of two existing single-family homes and the construction of six new townhome-style units across two buildings. Located in the City of Mountain View, the project was designed with sensitivity to neighborhood scale while maximizing site yield and maintaining compliance with SB 330 and local R3 zoning regulations.

DeNardi Homes assisted in entitlement planning, navigating setback requirements, design review criteria, and open space efficiency to help the applicant advance the proposal toward Planning Commission approval.
